Registration and Enrollment

  1. Registration for events and enrollment in online courses provided by Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation (ABF) is subject to availability and acceptance by the organization.
  2. Registration and enrollment may require providing personal information such as name, email address, and contact number, which will be used solely for communication purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  3. All programs are offered free of cost. However, for certain online courses, a nominal enrollment contribution may be collected to cover administrative or technical expenses related to managing registrations. This contribution does not constitute a fixed course fee.

Use of Services

  1. Participants agree to use Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation’s events and online courses for lawful and appropriate purposes, in accordance with these Terms of Use.
  2. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or access codes provided and for all activities that occur under their account.

Conduct

  1. Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation’s events and online courses, refraining from any behavior that may disrupt the experience of other participants.
  2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards other participants, instructors, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event or course without refund.
  3. The Foundation reserves the right to deny participation in future programs to individuals violating these norms.

Intellectual Property

  1. All materials provided during Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation’s events and online courses, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, recordings, and course materials, are the intellectual property of the organization.
  2. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission from Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation.

Voluntary Contributions

  1. All Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation programs are offered free of cost. Participants who wish to contribute voluntarily to support the Foundation’s educational and outreach activities may do so at their discretion.
  2. Such contributions are entirely optional and non-refundable.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Refund policies for events and online courses are outlined in the respective terms and conditions provided at the time of registration or enrollment.
  2. Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events or courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements or refunds.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during events or online courses, whether physical, emotional, or otherwise.
  2. Participants attend events and enroll in courses at their own risk and are responsible for their own well-being.

Modifications

  1. Aham Brahmaasmi Foundation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
  2. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

  1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  2. Jurisdiction for any dispute shall lie exclusively with the courts of Karnataka.
